Why a Simple Request Felt So Hard
Adobe Workfront is a powerful work management tool—but for many people, submitting a simple project request felt harder than it should be.
From my own experience and early user interviews, I kept hearing the same thing:
“I just want to get my request in and move on with my day, but Workfront makes it feel like a whole project in itself.”
My goal for this project was straightforward:
Design a widget that makes submitting and tracking project requests feel simple, approachable, and less overwhelming—without fighting the existing Workfront system.
